In the intervening years, they continue to make records and three members of the band become Eastern Orthodox priests. Through interviews and archival footage, 'Parallel Love' tells the gripping and poignant story of Luxury and documents the making of a new record, now as priests.

An arthouse hit upon its 1993 release, Sally Potter's period epic Orlando broke new ground with its gender-swapping protagonist and raised the profile the multi-faceted Tilda Swinton, starting her on the path to a major film career. An adaptation of the Virginia Woolf novel, the film begins in the Elizabethan era, chronicling a handsome young nobleman (Swinton) who catches the eye of Queen Elizabeth I (noted gay thespian Quentin Crisp in a droll bit of casting), an event that magically allows him to live well into the next few centuries and even change genders after falling for a roguish American (Billy Zane at his most charming). Potter's take on the material has the visual richness of the best 90s costume dramas but with twice the cheeky wit, honoring the spirit of Woolf's prose while updating it for post-modern audiences, and Swinton – who would go on to personify androgyny in many future roles – is sensual and, as always, note-perfect.
